A couple of weeks ago I talked about various ways of 'going green' - making a contribution of sorts to reduce waste, recycle and re-use items.Since then I have examined my own lifestyle even more closely to find more ways to make a difference. Our efforts so far are living 'off the grid', relying on solar power alone (with the occasional backup from the gennie), using rainwater, growing vegies, using only an absolute max of 23l of water per shower, actively recycle, take our own bags for shop...
